Also ....... This only just started happening because the end user pulled up a previous document (that did print 12x18 in the past) and it only printed 2/3 of the way too, 12x12.
When trying to print to 12x18 media, the printer only prints about 12x12 and does not print the remainder of the document. We have tried both trays and have checked software and printer settings to ensure 12x18 was selected. Please help.
