2 Sided Printing not an option in my print dialog for Colorcube 8570DN on Mac OS X Mavericks

Usually there is just a box you should check but if that does not exist try changing the third or forth drop-down menu to "Xerox features" or "Printer features". Here you can choose other settings such as holepunch etc.

When I print Microsoft Entourage emails or Microsoft Word documents on my Mac OS X Mavericks machine, they automatically print 2 sided. I want to only print 1 sided but there is no option to choose or disable 2 sided printing in my print dialog box that comes up when I choose File > Print. I have noticed that if I choose to print a pdf from a web page or a Creative Cloud suite, (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.), I have a totally different interface, and I have the option to choose 2 sided printing. Any help on how to see that feature on email or word printing jobs?
