1. We have two paper trays that hold letter size paper 8.5 x 11. Tray 3 and 4. If Tray 3 runs out of paper, the machine does not know to use tray 4... it just says it is out of paper. Is this normal behaviour or do we need to change something to get it to know that. Ideally the machine would not say it is out of 8.5x11 until both drawers are exhausted.
If you specify tray 3 in the job, it will only feed from tray 3. If you had specified auto tray select and it started in tray 3, assuming tray 4 has the same type, it will switch to it when 3 is empty. It will never auto tray switch to a different stock size/type/weight
Scanning to email. If a user clicks the mail icon and then scans to email... they have to manually then remove their email address from the 'To:' field or it will still be there the next time another user attempts to scan to email. Is there anyway to have that email remove itself after the email is sent or the app is closed, etc?
Yes it can
EWS > Properties > Apps > Email > Setup > Security (disable it in your case)
