I don't have access to a Mac at the moment, but if Windows works, just reinstall the driver on the Macs but do so without Bonjour Discovery, do it manually and install on an LPD port or HP JetDirect

 

As long as the IP is right, either protocol will work, just be sure to set the name (else it will be the IP address) and choose the right ppd in the USE field.

3045NI - Power Save Problem

Hi, we are using 3045NI in our office but our iMac's can NOT PRINT anything after the 3045NI entering sleep mode. But windows machines can print even the printer is in sleep mode. We can NOT disable the power save mode completely, because there is not any option like that. (We can set it to max value which is 60 minutes.)

 

Do you know is it possible to disable sleep mode or what is the problem with iMac? iMac's using the latest driver which downloaded from Xerox support page for 3045NI.
