Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try printing the PDF as an image by doing the following:

To resolve most problems printing a specific PDF file from an Acrobat product, print the PDF file as an image.

Printing the PDF file as an image may enable the file to print, but it does not identify the source of the problem; additional troubleshooting may be required to identify the source.

To print a PDF file as an image from a workstation with Microsoft Windows Operating System (OS) or an Apple Macintosh:

  1. Click on [File] on the application toolbar, and then select [Print]. The Print window will be displayed.
  2. Click on the [Advanced] button. The Advanced Print Setup window will be displayed.
  3. Click on the [Print As Image] check box to insert a check mark and to enable the option.
  4. Click [OK].
  5. Click on [Print].

If this does not resolve the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi,

 

I've manually installed the driver which I downloaded from the website and when I try test print it works but when I try to print a PDF document nothing happens at all and there is no document in the print que.  Can someone help??
