Hi,
Recently I bought a new Xerox 3100MFP. I have problems while printing more pages and this happens very often. I desperately need your advice.
#1 While printing large documents (>20 pages) the printer often just stops. For example it prints out 11 of 20 pages and on the 12th page there are only few rows and the printer stops.
#2 It happens quite frequently that the printer reports "Paper jam. Open the front cover". Ok, I have to open the front cover, reinsert the toner back, close the cover and continue although there is actually no paper jam at all.
In fact I cannot print large documents because my job gets interrupted frequently.
The paper I use is Fabriano 80g/mm^2 and Xerox Business... 80g/mm^2 so I think the paper is ok.
And one last thing - is there a way to get rid of this annoying "beep" each time I open the paper tray or the front cover?
