Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please remove the new print cartridge and power off the machine. Use the install print cartridge following the instructions here. Power the machine back on. If the light is still on power off and unplug the machine for 1 minute then plug the machine back in and turn on the machine. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
