3335 Bypass Tray Notification

Product Name: Xerox 3335
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

We need a way to turn off bypass tray paper level notifications off.  We have dozens of these printers and the users complain about the notifications they get when they print normally.  Can you set it so that the notification only happens when they try to print to the bypass tray?  Cleary this is a huge programming oversight.

I have read other posts and they seem to be brushed off as this being a "feature."  I'm here to tell you that if there's no fix for this we will steer our printer purchases and thousands of dollars in tonor a month elsewhere.

Re: 3335 Bypass Tray Notification

They have the latest firmware and we are running the latest drivers.

That is the error that appears every single time someone prints.  We would like xerox to add a feature to remove the notification either in the driver or the firmware.

They also need to adjust the power management timers to add the option to allow for them to never go to sleep.  The network cards in the printers don't work properly when they are in sleep mode and someone physically has to go to the printer and hit the sleep button to wake it up in order to print to it or to bring up the management page via the IP address.
