I have a Phaser 3635 mfp(BB1260900) that has issues with scan to folder and printing of some Microsoft docs, that was recently installed. The current firmware on the unit is 20.105.10.008 but client says the standard they have been using is 20.105.24.000 which i cant seem to locate(probably a SPAR). anyone know where i could get a download of 20.105.24.000?
