Trying to create a booklet from 8.5 x 11 into 11 x 17, can get it all to work fine except in the ps and pcl driver both, the option to "booklet fold" and "booklet fold and staple" are both not available. in the ps driver i can see the options but neither are able to select the pcl driver the option is not even visible
