We have a 4127 that is printing this overall screen on anything that is printed. However it doens't appear on anything copied. Tried changing the drum and that did not fix it. We have had this issue before and cannot for the life of us remember what they said to do to fix it. Major snowstorm here today so don't think the tech will make it here today. Any suggestions?
