Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for job stuck in pending from the WorkCentre 5150 online support and or this solution for job stuck in pending from the WorkCentre 5700 series online support.  They are basically the same solutions but I wanted to provide both.  If these solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

5150 and 5700 machines not printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have problems with some print jobs going straight to "Pending" status on the Job Status screen. We check the required resources that we have the appropriate supplies and they are confirmed. We can get them to print after doing a cold reboot and then they print automatically as soon as the machine warms up (no additional prompts or questions).
