550 560 with booklet maker - Cover skew

We are printing books on a 550 560 with heavyweight2 for covers, and heavyweight1 for pages. When the covers get stapled on, they are skewed. There is probably about an eighth of an inch skew. This makes it very inconvenient because we have to trim all books, even ones with white covers that we should not have to trim.

Any thoughts?
