57xx vs 56xx

This is what I could find out, hope you can see the picture.

The 57xx series is actually a bit louder when printing, though its more silent on standby.

obviously no beeping sound...

with the same printing job the 57xx is noisier than the old 56xx....

(with the tray 4 it's hellish.. but he can not use that)

The principal problem is on the printing fase, but anyhow the finisher is noisier.

The customer had:

2 x 5665

1 x 5638

and now have:

2 x 5765

1 x 5740

Depends on what you mean by noise, could be a part in the machine thats the problem, or do you mean the beeping sound?

Could be the fuser, drum, finisher etc.
