Thank you for using the Support Forum. Are you using the Energy Save mode?  Take a look at the information about setting up the Energy Saver mode.  If this information does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

5845 says processing but does not. Once restart, the jobs print fine.

Usually on Monday morning the jobs just sit in the Active queue and say processing.  If I do a restart, those jobs print.  We have quite a few 5845 printers and this happens on many of them.   I'm thinking I should try to schedule a restart in the middle of the night if that is possible.
