6015 not clearing print image

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi

 

My Workcentre 6015 is no longer clearing the print image

ie: it leaves a faint copy of the previous text on what should be blank sections of the page

 

Maybe the drum needs replacing - however, I cannot find a replacement drum from any supplier.

Can anyone direct me to the part number or reference so that I can buy a replacement.

 

FYI:  I am in ireland.
