I've been working on a 6020 typewriter that I got at a swap meet. I might be able to help, but you need to understand that I'm not a pro. Can you describe the problem?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The MemoryWriter is no longer supported or serviced through Xerox. I did a quick search and found this company that still works on the machines. Maybe they can help via email or phone. We have no knowledge of this company or their practices and we do not recommend them we just wanted to give you a possible source of help.

I am need of a repair person. Perhaps someone from the '90's who worked at Xerox as a service technician who does this as a hobby or parttime? I have two 6020 Memorywriters, neither of which work as they were meant to. They need "tweaking". Maybe one could be used as parts? If you know of someone please have them contact me. Thanks
