The code indicates invalid PS was submitted, which should not happen with all jobs, is it really not job specific?


If it is, you could just use Print as image in acrobat/reader.


If it isn't, you need to figure out where the difference is.

Is Windows using PCL vs the Mac on PS?

What about protocols, is the Mac using IPP and Windows using RAW or LPR?

Make sure the Mac is actually using the Xerox driver, Apple has a bad habit of deciding you should use their Generic and Airprint drivers even though you have the correct model specific drivers to use.

6022 Error 116-703 PS/PDF

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I need help with the folllowing error that I have been receiving while trying to print assorted PDF files.


116-703 comes up on the display, and gibberish is printed on the document.


Running Mac osSierra 10.12.5, and printer driver 1.147.


I can print the same document via Windows 10 off a Parallels Virtual Machine on my Mac with no issues.


Please Advise how I can solve this issue.
