6022 Printing Pages With A Blue Background

Product Name: Phaser 6022
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

My 6022 is printing pages with a blue background. I replaced the cyan cartridge, but it didn't help. Another post suggested swapping the drum with a different color, to see if the problem moves. I cannot find any information on how to remove a 6022 drum. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
