It's clearly defective, Exchange it or return it
Just got this thing and have had nothing but trouble with it. First it wouldn't print from office and now after it being on for more than 5 minutes the screen freezes up and I have to turn it off and back on to print or scan anything.
I have had nothign but trouble and ready to return it. I have downloaded the latest drivers and it works for about 5 minutes then Nothing. Can someone maybe help with it?
