I'd recommend trying to go back to a 13.X driver and seeing if that fixes the problem. If it does then I recommend waiting to update to the new driver until our next version 15.0 is released. If that doesn't fix it then I'd recommend contacting the support hotline. They can ensure you have the latest controller software installed and should be able to help you get back up and running again.

We have a 6204 Wide Format machine that is not printing after upgrading both the firmware (1.01.07) and the print driver (14.01.02). It will copy and scan / retrive without a problem but for some reason has rendered printing capability useless. Both updates are the most recent that Xerox has. Has anyone seen similar issues? Can anyone offer any advice?
