Hi Zennon123,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please remove the tray and make sure there is nothing, like a small piece of paper or anything else in the tray area.  Make sure you push the tray in completely. Something also could have become loose or dislodged when it was moved.   If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

6250 paper tray pushed out of printer

I have a problem with using tray 1 (bottom). Whenever i try to print, you can hear the printer picking up a sheet but mid way it will push the tray out of the printer (less than an inch).

 

I am wondering if the tray is defective, the pickup roller or something happened when we moved the printer?

 

Is the inside tray supposed to lock to the bottom once you add paper and push it in the printer? Should it stay down or come back up once inside the printer?
