If you are in the US the support number is 1-800-821-2797, please have your machine serial number available when you call. If you are outside the US please use the Contact us page to find your support centre. I understand your frustration, they are working on the drivers but I do not have an ETA.
I would certainly "consider contacting my support centre" if I knew what you were talking about.To the best of my knowledge I do not have a support centre.
I assume you have no updates? This has gone on now for months. Is Xerox not interested in supporting the Apple community because if so it is very short sighted in light of industry trends over the past 3 years.
