6510 firmware upgrade

This firmware install tool v53.619 does not have 6515 0r 6510 in its database, Without it this firmware tool is useless!

Am trying to install service pack PL7-R4. I need to install Bridge version 64.59.11.

Looking at the installation instructions I need Win_FWTool_5.3.6.0.zip file.

Where is this file? I cant find any reference to this. ANy help appreciated.
