I searched our knowledge base and found this article on how to upgrade the firmware on the WC6515. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

6515 No update firmware

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello, 

I am trying to update the firmware of my device without success. I have tried VersaLink Firmware Installation Utility but nothing.
Current Version: 65.31.81, does not update alone.
How can I update?
