First, try going to Start > Devices and Printers.

Right-click on the printer and go to Printing Preferences and choose the Advanced tab.

Expand Driver and change TrueTypeFont to Download as Softfont

Apply that, restart Word and print again.

 

If that fails, Save it as pdf in Word, verify the font is good in pdf format and print from Acrobat/Reader

6605 printing question

Hello,

 

I am using Microsoft Word....I am trying to print a letter with a little picture in it .... the words to the top and bottom of the picture are bolding only when printing in color...Black/White it does not do this, but the picture needs to be in color.

 

I have tried the Global Driver pcl6..6605 DN PCL6 and PS drivers and it does it for all of them .....In addition, I created a new document and put the picture it with random words and it is doing it on the new document as well
