Try powering the actual printer down and back up.  Powering it down will reset the printer and once it's back up, the documents should print out. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance at 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

68 documents in queue. Status: Sent to printer

Product Name: WorkCentre 3615
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Xerox WorkCentre 3615 - when printed to by a particular pc running Win10 Pro (build 19044.1826) will hoarde print jobs despite having printed them.

At this time there are 68 documents in the queue and the status of all jobs is "sent to printer."  We have tried updating the drivers. We have stopped and restarted the spooler.  We have cleared the queue only to watch it begin to collect print jobs again.

Once the queue reaches a 68 document limit, the end-user will see an error "Xerox Print Experience 6.0 Print Settings is not responding." ... and her print job will be denied. 

All other computers are able to print to the Xerox without issue
