Per the service manual that would imply you have already updated the firmware, modified the NVM RAM, RAM M1, RAM M2, Page Memory PM1 and Page Memory PM2 and then moved on and replaced the IOT drive PWB, ESS-PWB and MCU-PWB.
And if that is the case, there is no chance you will be able to fix it.
You will need a service technician for any of those procedures.
