There is not, and won't be.
There has been no driver development since 10.8. And since Kodak no longer makes CREO DFE's there is no hope for future development.
Basically, your stuck with importing pdf files into the CREO itself if you want to print beyond the generic simplex/duplex you get with a Generic PS driver.
