Yes, without the tray this error will pop up, I would recommend to try reseating the trays first and then come back to us if you need more assistance.

I just installed a used 700i with booklet maker and trimmer. My dealer did not ship the take off trayes for eiter the boklet end or trimmer. I run 10 copies and I get a error that I have a full booklet tray. I can not clear this error with out rebooting entire copier. Will this issue go away when I get tray, is thier a way to reset with out rebooting whole thing, is there away around the senor?
