7100 auto select paper size

Thank you both for your replies. I actually called Customer Service since I just got this printer the other day and couldn't figure it out. They were able to update the firmware and drivers and that allowed me to make the changes.

Hi,

First of all you have to log in as a administrator on the machine.

Press the Menu button and navigate (use up or down arrow) to the Admin Menu and press OK.

Now, select Printer Settings. I don't know very well this machine but in Substitute Tray or Paper Type Mismatch you shound find an option for the messages.

When a print job is sent to the 7100 I want it to ask for the correct paper to be put into the Bypass since we have Tray 1 set with 8.5 x 14. Is this possible?? All of my other printers do this automatically. This printer just prints everything on the 8.5 x 14 paper.
