The power supply of the machine is probably damaged. Try updating the firmware and if the problem remains consider an engineer visit.

Yes, we had power cuts recentrly and it coincides whith the time the fault occures;

Did you have power cuts recently? If no just update the software.

Power loss detected is usually caused by the printer not being rebooted properly or by corrupt software.

Hard to say what is causing the gray print without seeing an example.

Hello every body , our WC 7225 is printing grey pages /no prints just a grey rectengular on print area/ isually after warm up. Another detail the presence of 303 -777 fault code /power loss detected / . Is their a cause of misfunction? Thanks in advance every body
