7232 Envelope Printing from MS Word 2013

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Recently upgraded to Win 7x64 and Office 2013.  Envelopes will now not print.  Get job status message that the print job was completed with error.  If force print driver to us bypass, then copier asks for 8.5x11 paper.  If use the Word envelope template, then machine prints on 8.5x11 paper.  Also, envelopes that are in the bypass do not show on print driver screen as being available.  Please help.
