7242 priting colors lines

I would run some half tones of each color to see if it is in one color. Wild guess but maybe the two arms on the left side of the transfer belt are in the wrong position? You can see them inside the main left door by the fuser. One in the back and front side.

hello guys,, I send my WC 7242 to a prevent maintenace and now me and my technician have a problem. every time I sent a new job to the printer I have lines colors over the three first pages.... there is some of exemple:
