Open the printer tray that holds your paper, change the orientation of the paper and it should fix it.
More info . . . tried printing the same document from a different computer . . . same result.
Tried exporting to a PDF, and printing brochure via Acrobat Reader. All pages were flipped on wrong edge, regardless of setting in the printer driver.
Going to try powering the printer down and rebooting it. Other than that, I'm stumped.
We have a 7435 Work Center, with the duplexer/folder/stapler.
Using OpenOffice 3.3, I'm trying to print a brochure. It's 12 pages, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, which works out to 3 pieces of letter-sized paper.
Using the brochure function in OpenOffice, I can get the pages correctly imposed. However, in spite of the setting in the print driver, the first page flips on the long edge, resulting in pages 1 and 12 of the brochure being upside down, and in each other's place. But, the remaining pages print properly, flipping on the short edge, as the printer driver setting dictates.
For the life of me, I can't figure out why one sheet is printed one way, and the other two are printed correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.
