It isn't just 11*17 in a specific tray though, it matters about the Color (White/Yellow) type (plain/Letterhead/Heavyweight) too.

 

Get a screenshot of the PC sending the job with the driver open and options all selected, and a picture of the user interface and reply with them.

 

For instance, this is the driver for this machine showing 8.5*11 White Letterhead is chosen, and the printer only has that in tray 5, so if tray 5 was empty or not set as letterhead, the job would fail when it got to the copier.

7655 not printing 11x17

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I'm attempting to print an 11X17 poster, but the job is being held because the printer thinks the 11X17 tray is empty. When I look at levels, it does register that the tray is 25% full, but when I look at the print job, it says I need to load paper. I can also see that the printer is trying to use the correct tray for this job, and we've had no problems printing 8.5X11 jobs in between. The printer has been turned off and on several times to no effect. I'm a little stuck!
