Yea we are aware that it only supports certain envelope sizes, but with fiery features we can usually trick the printer into printing other envelope sizes by telling it to print a custom size piece of paper not specifically under the envelope option, but since I have Lion there is no fiery feature update and tricking the printer like we have in the past is not working for me... haha so any solutions would be awesome thanks.
Welcome to the community! Regarding envelope printing on your 7755 machine. I search on our Online Support for supported envelope sizes, since I see you are trying to print on #10. Only C4 (229 x 324 mm / 8.7 x 12.7 in.) and C5 (229 x 324 mm / 6.4 x 8.7 in.) sized envelopes can be used with this printer; Number 10 envelopes are not supported. I need to print envelopes on our 7755 at my office on a pretty regular bases, but since I am running Lion on my Mac I don't have the ability to use firey features when I go into my print settings, which is what I used when setting up to print envelopes in Adobe InDesign CS5. I have tried printing envelopes without the feature but when ever I send it to the printer it won't register the envelope size it keeps asking for an 8.5x11 sheet when in the print settings I set it up for a standard #10. Not sure why it does this or how to fix/ go around it so any help would be great!
