My customer upgraded a Xerox 7300DN to a Xerox 7760DN. they are not happy because documents that were printed on the 7300 do not match up with documents produced on the 7760DN. the customer is a MAC user. My technician has confirmed the 7760 is calibrated to factory specifications. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we should be recommending to the end user?
