Hi there, I'm printing a batch of envelopes using the manual feed. Suddenly, the printer only outputs blank envelopes. I've turned the printer off for about 10 sec and then turned on again with the same results. I also did a test printing a normal page from 2 diffrent machines with the same result. Prior to this issue there were NO driver or firmware updates installed. So what's going on?
