Just curious if anyone has come across this issue. All the latest drivers are installed and we recently updated the system software hardware side.
When we print a double sided document and tell the machine to make multiple copies the machine will not separate each copy correctly. If the document has a blank side on the last page the machine continues to print the cover of the next set onto the blank side thus meshing all copies together without separation.
Also if told to staple multiple copies it will not separate each copy of say ten pages but attempt to staple the entire job.
Any help will or insight would be appreciated.
