7800gx booklet printing with inDesign

Hello,

I have a problem printing a booklet. 

Here's the photo of what i got. The third one is correct but it's not folded and it's on A3 paper. When i change the size of paper and click on Xeros Features and choose Finishing (booklet fold) everything goes wrong. 

The first and the second one are printed directly from inDesign CS6(Mac) on A3+ (SRA 450x320mm) paper.

 

Can i print booklet directrly from inDesign on A3+ paper folded and aligned correctly (without a white space in the middle)? I need a booklet (size A4) in the end.

 

I hope anyone can help.

ps/ when i export this to PDF and print via Preview i have white borders on the fold line and can't get rid of it
