7835 paper jams from every tray

Hi i got 7835 it jams from every tray i use and bypass tray 5 also,i get these error codes below..any help well be appreciated.

Where in the machine does it jam?

Have you checked your settings compared to the paper you're using?

Kimzi is correct that some errors may be caused by the paper used.

You may have a piece of paper stuck in the exit path. Look at the area where the leading edge of the paper is stopping. Does the lead edge get damaged or skewed or does it just stop with no damage in the same spot from all trays? The 303.777 is not related to the jams. Power loss detected is usually because the machine was powered off incorrectly.
