When i visit and search online support site results will not load, hence why i came to the forum....

7835 print quality issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Since the support site is down i came here.

 

We have a 7835 in a remote office and users reported that a magenta strip is printing across the top of printed pages. Any tips?
