Hello chills,
I saw your post in the other thread about the brightness of the colors from your printer. You mentioned that you have already gone through the basic steps to try and resolve the issue. In the Phaser 8560 Knowledge Base there is a case that has five potential solutions for the issue of incorrect color output. When you click on the link above and the KB opens in a new window, type "incorrect color" in the search field (without the quotes) and that should show you a lot of results. Focus on the first result - "Incorrect or wrong color..." This case has five possible solutions that you could/should try. They are not basic print quality fixes, so I'm sure that you haven't seen these yet. Start with the first solution and see if it helps. If not, try the second one or whichever one you think might work. Let us know how it goes.

:manmad:We have a brand new 8560 MFP/D that is networked to a Server 03 SP2 print server.
When printing in Color something changed because the print jobs are not as rich as they were 2 days ago and the words almost have a little bit of a blur to them. No drivers were changed and I went through the trouble shooting steps and have the quality set to enhanced.
Our new Phaser also stops printing and in order to clear the jobs we have to stop and re start the spooler on our print server. This does not happen everytime but I would say once every 2 or 3 days this happens.
I did run the Network Diag and it comes up with NO DNS Response (ND18)
Went through all the DNS settings in the Centerware and everything is setup correctly...
Would the DNS error have anyting to do with the printing issue and cause it to lock up?
Any help would be great!!
