Hi johgray,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have the latest firmware for your machine installed. You can find the latest firmware under drivers and downloads on the support page for your machine. Also make sure that you have selected the print as image option in Adobe. If these suggestions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I am trying to print a 120 page PDF on my 8560DN but it prints 3 - 4 pages and then justs stops or gives an error. The PDFs are 20MB and 250MB. The larger one is 240 pages but it looks like the pages are stored as images because the file is so big. When it spools to the printer it gets up to well over 1GB so I am guessing it may be overrunning the printer memory.
I am connecting to the printer over a USB connection.
This problem occurs from both Windows 7 and Windows 8 (two different laptops). I have the Post Script driver installed.
From Windows 8 I can select duplex but it only prints single sided. From Windows 7 I cannot select duplex.
