I found this article from the Support Page. I believe you have already tried a few of these things, however, it says to check the location and orientation guidelines, may be worth a look.

8570 Paper Jam but there is none.

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I haven't used this printer for a while as I was sick of getting tghe message of a paper jam when this is none.

I have decided to ry once more to get it working.

On both the MFT and Tray 2 I get the Jam message, Open A or Remove Tray 2.

Ihave done this many tines to no avaial.  I have rubbed all the rollers I can find to clen but they are already clean. It has only done 11k pages. When it does an auto clean, the page is perfect colour.

Is there a way I can keep the Tary 2 out and still use the MFT or does it have to be in?

Sometimes I see the paper is buckled up in Tray 2 where it has attempted to go up but it doesn't go up. It doesn't go far as I can easlity pull it out.

What else can I do?
