I am looking at https://www.support.xerox.com/support/colorqube-8570/support/enus.html?objGUID=7166
I seem to be unable to accomplish either thing that illustration 2 or 3 tells me to do. I don't know if the innards of the printer varied after these were photographed or what. But my paper guide seems not to want to come up like in illustration 3 at all. Is there a catch on it someplace I'm missing?
Hi enroh,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for paper jam and make sure you have tried all the solutions. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We have 3 x 8570 Colorqube printers in our office, and two work great. The third jams constantly, but the jam is invisible! We've taken it apart, cleaned it, air dusted it, rebooted it, and tried everything to clear it. The only thing that actually works to reset it, is to take a piece of card stock and manually push it through the rollers from bottom to top. After we do this, the printer warms up and gets going. Not exactly convenient - but does solve the problem. Is there any way to actually fix this printer ?? It's not that old, and has less than 30K in prints. Thank-you
