Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the reply from Mitch in this thread and make sure you are using the correct ink sticks for your machine, region and billing method. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
The chute for the black ink sticks (#4) does not accept newly purchased ink sticks (108R00930 with xerox halogram BG3514480PDH on box). This part number is also what is written on the Supplies Usage page. The display says to install more black ink. No other error messages are displayed. It does accept newly purchased yellow, cyan, and magenta ink sticks; noted by a loud click, "stop-tab" being released and the ink sliding down the chute. Suggestions?
