I purchase this printer to demo in store to customers and use for internal use. I do not Print the High Volumes this printer is designed for but much to my dismay the printer broke at the exit module assembly after 18,707 prints. I have contacted Xerox and they want to charge me 25 bucks just to talk to me since I am out of the one year warranty period.
After paying over 3k for almost 19k prints, The Cost of Onwership is Way to High for me. Any Suggestions to get this resolved?
