If it is DHCP, set it to static (or vice versa)
Printer Setup > Connection Setup > Network Setup > TCP/IP setup
If static > IPv4 > Ipv4 Address and give it good unused IP address and the correct subnet/gateway
If DHCP > DHCP > ON > OK
If that doesn't work get yourself a USB cable and wire it direct via USB to the PC.
Hi. I have an 8880dn and it keeps crashing whet it gets connected to my new router. With the cable out I can get it past start up, but as soon as I plug it back in, it crashes. If I connect the cable directly to the computer it doesn't crash - but it won't print either.
I have urgent orders to print this weekend and would be really grateful for some help.
Thank you,
Caroline
Edit: I have now tried another network lead and it's the same thing. I really don't know what to do?
